All items sent via Royal Mail Tracked Services are only insured up to the value of £100. In case of loss or damage we will only be able to refund/replace up to the value of £100. For this reason we recommend using Special Delivery for orders over £100, which covers for loss or damage up to the value of £750.
Please note for International Orders:
If an item is returned to us by your local customs office we will provide a refund, however we will deduct any postage costs incurred. If an item is seized by your local customs office this will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve. Please also note that there are restrictions on shipping some products to international destinations, please check these restrictions with your local customs office before placing an order. There may be custom charges due on importing goods into your country which will be the customer's responsibility.
Please note that due to health and safety reasons we are unable to accept any returned E-liquids that have been unsealed.
Any unused/unopened items may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping). However, you must inform us within 14 days via email on email@example.com. Please note the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the item.
However, if you receive a faulty/damaged product, please email us immediately and we will arrange for redelivery once we are in receipt of the returned products and we will cover the costs incurred by the customer for returning the items.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of returning your products.
